The North River Economic
Region (NRER) is located in northwestern Arizona
along the Colorado River and consists of:
La Paz and Mohave Counties, Bullhead City,
Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Parker, Quartzite;
the Colorado River Indian Tribe, Fort Mohave,
the Havasupai Indian Tribe, and the Hualapai
Nation. Together these various groups have
formed the NRER to address regional economic
development issues, foster collaboration and
influence economic development policy issues.
In June of 2005, the NRER
finalized the North
River Economic Region Economic Development
Plan. This plan serves as the basis for
ongoing action by NRER members.
